Corn & Squash-Tastic at the Market Celebrate summertime's sweet corn and multiple squash varieties at the Red Stick Farmers Market this Saturday. You'll find the popular yellow crookneck squash variety, as well as zucchini, golden squash, patty pan squash, and butternut squash. During the Fresh from the Market cooking demonstration, chef Derrick Beverly with the Louisiana Culinary Institute will offer recipe ideas for using summer's bountiful squash and corn harvest.
