Downtown patrons that are noticed by our team of 'Secret Sanitizer' volunteers appropriately discarding trash away this week will be rewarded with Raising Cane's lemonade gift cards, and a chance to win one of three grand prizes: 1) Dinner for two at Stoube's Seafood & Steaks 2) Dinner for two at Capitol City Grill and 3) A one-night stay at Hampton Inn & Suites.
