One of Baton Rouge's most highly anticipated festival returns! The Baton Rouge Blues Festival is a weekend full of good music, good food, and good times. The festival will start at 5 p.m. this Friday, April 19, 2024 - Sunday, April 21, 2024.

LIVE AFTER FIVE

Baton Rouge's largest concert series is back! Live After Five takes place at the Rhorer Plaza every Friday from 5 - 8 p.m. This week, Kenny Neal is set to kick-off Blues Fest in correlation with Live After Five! Follow the second-line back to Boudreaux & Thibodeaux's, for the Official Live After Five After Party with a performance by the Brasshearts Brass Band!

CAPITOL HILL FLY-IN
Downtown Development District Executive Director, Whitney Hoffman Sayal, AICP, participated in the Capitol Hill Fly-In for #IDAHillDay in Washington, D.C. where she advocated for downtowns.


She joined the Downtown Development District of New Orleans to meet our Louisiana elected officials to specifically support Homeless Assistance Grants, Byrne Justice Assistance Grants, and a Qualified Office Conversion Tax Credit.
