The DDD is proud to announce that DDD Executive Director, Whitney Hoffman Sayal, was selected to serve on the International Downtown Association's (IDA) Top Issues Council! She and the members of the council contributed to a brief that explores the challenges facing downtown areas post-pandemic and offers solutions for addressing them, with Downtown Baton Rouge being highlighted as a key case study.
