Resolve to Eat Healthier in 2012 The Red Stick Farmers Market is the place to be this Saturday morning. Local farmers will bring fresh, healthy fruits and vegetables including broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, beets, lettuce, kale, spinach, strawberries and citrus. Learn to pair local citrus and pork together during the Fresh from the Market cooking demonstration by chef Fred Heurtin. The demonstration begins at 10AM in the North Street seating area of Main Street Market. The Red Stick Farmers Market takes place every Saturday from 8AM-12PM on the corner of Fifth and Main Streets.
